It is a one-stop resource of key Canadian military legislation of relevance. The book provides expert commentary by two leading experts: The Hon. (ret'd) Mr. Justice Gilles Létourneau, a former senior justice of the Court Martial Appeal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal and Professor Michel Drapeau (Colonel Ret'd), a military law professor and practitioner with prior command experience and service in the higher echelons of the Canadian Forces. It includes a full discussion of the military rules of evidence, the Rules of the Courts Martial Appeal Court and their relation to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
