Mary Macaulay is a partner in the law firm Eyford Macaulay in Vancouver. She was admitted to the Ontario and British Columbia Bars in 1992 and 1998, respectively. Ms. Macaulay graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with an LL.B. in 1990 and with an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1986. Ms. Macaulay practises in the area of civil litigation, including aboriginal and treaty rights, commercial and personal injury actions. She is also a frequent presenter on aboriginal litigation issues for the Pacific Business & Law Institute, and the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLE), and has been an instructor for CLE's Annual Winning Advocacy Skills Workshop.
