This Act amends the Criminal Code to enhance the administration and enforcement of the current registration scheme for sex offender information.

The Evaluation Of Impaired Operation (Drugs And Alcohol) Regulations, SOR/2008-196 (in force July 2, 2008), which sets out the qualifications of evaluating officers together with the permissible co-ordination and evaluation tests and procedures for the purposes of s. 254 of the Code.
