Telephone Training
These hands-on, one-hour individual sessions are conducted over the phone to quickly get you "up and running" with the product
One-on-One Sessions
In these 60 minutes hands-on training computer training sessions, you will be guided through your session by an experienced Carswell training consultant who will review all the basic concepts inherent in our CD-ROM or Online products with you.
Group Seminars
If you prefer a lecture style class or you have a large number of staff to train quickly, the 90 minute Group Seminar may be your preferred option. These sessions are not hands-on but demonstrate clearly all of the functionality of Carswell's CD-ROM or Online product research solutions using a live demonstration projected on a screen.
Hands-on Lab Sessions
If you prefer hands-on training, the 90 minute Lab Session is the way to go and is designed for groups of up to 10 participants. Each member of the group uses a computer while our experienced trainer guides the class through the functionality of Carswell's CD-ROM or Online product research solutions.
Train the Trainer
Carswell would be pleased to present a Train the Trainer session for your Training Department or manager. Our experienced training consultant will review our products and training materials with you and walk you through how to conduct an effective training session on Carswell products.
