Sales Professional

 

As a Sales Professional you will effectively promote and sell the complete range of Cyberbahn products and services within an assigned territory to retain and grow revenue from existing firms, and achieve new sales revenue through business development. The assignment will include prospecting and selling to new law firms and an existing base of firms. Also on-boarding new clients or clients using new services by engaging the customer regularly, reviewing usage with action plans that include the broader Cyberbhan group to ensure Cyberbahn is the supplier of choice.

 

Your duties will include:

·         prospecting in order to identify new firms interested in Cyberbahn’s on-line products;

·         generating sales growth by pursuing new prospects, and following up on leads from a variety of sources;

·         building relationships with, and knowledge of, existing customers in support of customer retention strategies and creating new opportunities to extend the Cyberbahn portfolio into these  client environments;

·         creating and implementing plans for the effective coverage of assigned territory;

·         managing a sales opportunity system;

·         tracking and analyzing usage data, and interfacing with customers to effectively on-board your accounts;

·         preparing strategy and tracking the effectiveness, of key account plans/activity;

·         organizing time efficiently to maximize market penetration;

·         thoroughly analyzing call results;

·         providing client/prospect data for the Customer Relationship system;

·         reporting weekly on call activity and revenue forecast; reporting monthly on market trends, competitor information, etc.;

·         managing a personal expense budget; and

·         attending tradeshows and conferences as required.

 

You will be a strong team player and will possess:

·       a university degree (business or professional) or equivalent business experience;

·       sales experience (minimum of 3 years preferred);

·       a high level of energy and great comfort cold calling into a professional market;

·       excellent verbal and written communication skills;

·       a valid driver’s license and a willingness to occasionally work on weekends; and

·       PC Skills – including Microsoft Office and Internet.

 

Knowledge of the legal marketplace and a professional designation will be considered an asset.
