Client Service Associate 

 

As a client service associate you provide exceptional customer service to Cyberbahn clients by addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring clients are presented with comprehensive service offerings to meet their needs and ensuring all orders are accurately received and passed on to the operations groups. 

 

Your duties will include:

·         dealing directly with corporate and litigation clients either by telephone, fax, electronically or face to face and respond promptly to their inquiries and requests;

·         obtaining and evaluating all relevant information on corporate and litigation requests in order to cross-sell/up-sell specific services or suggest a more suitable approach;

·         handling and resolving clients complaints and direct any unresolved issues to the designated resource;

·         responding to accounting related inquiries and direct any unresolved issues to the designated finance resource;

·         updating/follow up on clients’ interactions;

·         performing clients’ verifications for new accounts;

·         performing preliminary searches on corporate requests involving a company or business name across Canada and attach results to the client management and workflow database;

·         data entry of all corporate search and registration requests into the client management and workflow database, recording particulars of requests, details of enquiries, and comments;

·         identifying bigger sales opportunities and pass them on to the Sales Team;

·         order detail all litigation requests into the client management and workflow database, recording particulars of requests, details of enquiries, and comments in order to allow the litigation coordinator to dispatch/distribute litigation material accordingly; and

·         account management.

 

You will be a strong team player and will possess:

·         a graduate of a Law Clerk, Court & Tribunal or Paralegal program;

·         a minimum of 1- 2 years work experience;

·         knowledge of the legal system and legal documents;

·         exceptional written and verbal English communication skills;

·         exceptional customer service skills;

·         the ability to multi-task;

·         strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills;

·         the ability to maintain composure under stressful situations;

·         a keen eye for detail;

·         strong problem-solving and analytical skills; and

·         the ability to manage conflict.
