Brookers Insolvency Law & Practice, presented in two buckram binders, is a result of new legislation mandating significant changes to New Zealand Insolvency Law via the Insolvency Act 2006.
The previous single-volume work; Brookers Insolvency Law, will be retained in the interim as a legacy work and continue to be updated for existing subscribers. The retention of the existing Insolvency Law product is due to the continuing relevance of the Insolvency Act 1967.
The new volumes incorporate the Insolvency Act 2006, including the No Asset and Voluntary Administration regimes, under Bankruptcy and Corporate Insolvency, respectively; the Companies Act 1993 with the 2006 Amendments; the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006; and commentary on each.
Insolvency Law & Practice is also available on CD-ROM |
