We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our goods and services in the same place and in a similar way as other customers, and to accommodate applicants and employees to ensure equal access to employment opportunities.
We are fully aware of, and working proactively towards meeting the requirement to be in compliance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards under the AODA legislation for Customer Service, Employment and Information and Communication, with deadlines up to 2021. This includes having written policies and procedures available to all customers, offering feedback processes for customers to share their experiences with us, providing training to employees and completing annual compliance reports.
